Cecil Morris – CEMO (December 25, 1960 – April 17, 2018)

“This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)

Yesterday, on April 17th, 2018, just before 10:00am, our CEMO entered into his eternal place of peace. He’s in heaven with our Jesus now. God set it up for our pastor, Joel Plantinga, to be with me and the boys when he passed. He went so peacefully, you guys. God truly answered our prayers for a peaceful transition. You see the smile on his face in this photo? I think that’s the smile he’s sporting now. I will see you again in heaven my love.

I continue to live by these three words: STAND, TRUST, ENDURE. I STAND in my faith! I TRUST God for what He is doing. I ENDURE the journey He has allowed us on. In this way, I choose to honor my God, because HE IS GOOD! #cemostrong

Thanks for stopping by!

    Hello Anita.
I found your brilliant videos looking for how to sew a gentleman’s waistcoat. I have watched it a couple of times and loved it. You’re style is entertaining as well as informative. I have my pattern and fabric and my dear wife is going to help me.
I read this post yesterday though and it’s bothered me all night. I’m heartbroken for you. I hope you and your family are doing as well as could be hoped during this hard time of life. I know you, and others, were praying for a recovery and only God knows why and when he calls those to Him, but it’s still hard as a mere human to understand why those we love are taken at anytime. I’m genuinely sorry for your loss and hope that you all are as okay as possible.

    Mrs. Anita Morris,
When you are blessed to have a true love for our Lord, knowing where our love takes their rest helps to allow transition to take place with the assurance that God is in control. You are such a light to this world. Your blog is so not just about sewing and fabric and thread but God allowed those like me who wish to let their light shine to find a place to share the true fabric we are meant to be. We are weaved together through our experiences and you have been gracious enough to allow us into your home life and heart as an example of love manifested for your family and humanity. Mrs Anita Morris I share in your pain and also your reassurance that your love is not lost but is shining even more brightly because you now have an angel hand picked by God Himself to watch over you and your sons! I thank you for being bydesignMrsAnitaMorris.
